Rental Notes:
- Refundable damage deposit - €350.00
- Cleaning - €69.00
Deposit & Balance Payments:
- A Deposit of 25% of the total is required within 3 days of booking confirmation.
- The outstanding balance should be fully paid up 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
- A further €350 returnable security deposit is required one week before the holiday start date to insure against breakages and any damage.
- The returnable deposit is then released 10 days after you have vacated the property.
For those staying up to 2 weeks during the winter season logs will be provided to heat both wood burning stoves in the living room and conservatory free of charge. For longer stays, a small log cost fee and electricity cap will be negotiated.
