Living Space
A bright living room with large sliding large sliding double doors onto the balcony all with an amazing lush green view of the valley whether inside or out.
There is a 58" Wi-Fi-connected Smart TV with access to a vast range of media, a log burning fire for the winter months, and a large lazy corner sofa and armchair that provide enough comfortable seating for large groups enjoying a cinema evening.
Kitchen & Summer Room
The kitchen and dining area comprise of all appliances and cutlery one would expect, as well as a dining table with seating for 10 people.
To the rear of the villa you'll find the summer room with its high ceilings, slate bed pro Pool table and bar area. There are chairs and a sofa with double doors opening onto the patio and garden area.
The terrace pool area is fully lit with outdoor kitchen and pizza oven.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All the bedrooms have a spacious feel and all have Air conditioning.
- Every bed and mattress is of very high quality and 2 meters in length.
- All our linen, duvets and bedspreads are also high quality.
- Each of the bedrooms have black-out blinds that are easily pulled down - perfect for those who wish to sleep in!
Bedroom 1
1) The master bedroom comprises of a Super king-size bed, tastefully fitted wardrobe with bedside tables, a chest of draws and an en-suite shower room with toilet. The bedroom also benefits from air conditioning.
Bedroom 2
2) Bedroom 2 is across the hallway and comes with a built-in wardrobe, fitted cupboards, a king-size bed, side tables and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3
3) The third bedroom is perfect for the kids / those who don't mind sharing. You'll find a fitted wardrobe, chest of draws, and bedside tables, and the room can be made-up as a super-king-bed or as two single beds depending on your needs. This bedroom also benefits from air conditioning.
Bedroom 4
4) For large groups our fourth and largest double bedroom with en-suite, is excellent for children or teenagers and can sleep up to five people with a double, single and bunk beds available. Also with Air conditioning.
It also provides extra privacy from the main area's upstairs, making it ideal for those within the group to find a little extra peace and quiet.
Outside Space
The summer room houses our fantastic slate base English pool table and sitting area with the patio doors opening out onto the beautiful terrace with a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool which is heated during the winter upto 28 degrees.
There is large table, perfect for alfresco dining, with seating for upto 14 people, and to the left, the outdoor kitchen with BBQ & Pizza Oven.
Five quality sunbeds with cusions, all under shade, along with an outdoor corner sofa, make the our terrace a perfect place to relax and take in the view.
